Yes! After we receive our marching orders and some basic authorization forms we will begin working on your transaction. We include our Clients in all communications with loan parties to stay in the loop, and allow them to focus on the maximizing profitability at their properties.

I’m having difficulty and delays getting paid from my lender/loan servicer for reserve draws, can you help?"
